Special Educational Needs and Disability

We welcome all children to Outwood Primary Academy Greystone and we prioritise admission for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

We have a comprehensive support programme and our policy is available below.

The Outwood Primary Academy Greystone SEND Coordinator (SENDCo) is Charis Mullery, who you can contact via the details listed on our contact page or by emailing c.mullery@greystone.outwood.com.

Concerns or complaints regarding provision for children with SEND

Any concerns or complaints about SEND provision by parents or carers should be initially raised informally, whether by e-mail, letter, or a telephone call with the SENDCo.

The SENDCo will investigate and report back within a week.

If the parents or carers continue to be dissatisfied, a complaint should be raised as per our complaints procedure by completing the Complaint Form at Appendix 1.
